Mykola Horodyskyi

Soloist of the Grand Kyiv Ballet. Soloist of the San Francisco Ballet, National Opera of Ukraine.

Mykola Gorodiskii was born in Lviv, but a year later his parents migrated to Argentina.

In 2007 he was admitted to the Institut Superior del Teatro Colon in Buenos Aires. At the age of 13, he won two gold medals at the Danza America competition.
And in 2010, Mykola received a full scholarship to the Vienna State Opera School, where he graduated in 2013 and started working with the company. Mykola has won many international ballet competitions, including the Grand Prix of the International Competition in the Levant (2013), the Gold Medal at the International Competition in Prague (2012).

In 2017 he started working at the Royal Theater of New Zealand, and in 2018 he danced solo parts at the San Francisco Ballet. In 2020 he took part in the famous Italian dance show Amici.

Mykola is now supporting Ukraine on the tour with the Grand Kyiv Ballet, which tells on the artistic front about the bloody war waged by russia against Ukraine.
